okay so like I was supposed to start this before ic1 but since god knows when i've planned on having 2 people go home first.
5 tribes, 2 home.
In fact I think it might be 2 going home for a long while. Because of the outcast thing.
Anyway.......
IC 1 2 home
RESULTS
Anasazi - 15 Yupik - 14 Ovambo - 12 Lisu - 10 Sinti - 10
IC 2 will have 2 going home.

IC3 will have 2 people going home. IC4 may have 3. that's the plan (to get in one more round before break) so hopefully that works.
IC 2 RESULTS
(average time to complete puzzle)
Anasazi: 10.4 minutes Sinti: 20.4 minutes Yupik: 21.9 minutes Lisu: 23.75 minutes Ovambo: 34 minutes (5 people did not complete)

Sinti: 600 Yupik: 517 Anasazi: 508 Lisu: 372 Ovambo: 295 Which is kind of wierd actually. I expected Ovambo to lose - but 8/9 people showed up at 7/8 submitted scores in time . except all their scores were wierdly, wierdly low. that's odd they got the same directions as everybody. and it only takes one person (out of 8) to point out the words. it's not like one person scored high and nobody listened either... hmm...

here's the thing. there's 4 losers in IC4. BUT things can happen in reaction to that that could possibly reveal the # of tribes. Say I announce 4 losers, then Anasazi and Sinti merge. Then I'd have to change it to 3 losers, and then they would know that there were like 5 or 4 tribes or something. If A + S instead go to war, I have the same problem. (3 extra losers for 3 tribes) so actually maybe they couldn't tell why i changed it from 4 to 3 lol. but i might "say" there are 4 losers and then if something happens i'll do secret results and only make 3 losers. but if i do it's only because of a merge/war and its pre-planned.

IC4 - ugh. went way longer than planned. although, my people are used to 1 hour + challenges. it's actually not so bad now that I think about it. but the challenge was poorly designed (even if i did put the most time i've ever put into an IC and had it done weeks beforehand ) which made for unnecessary frustration. Challenges should not go over 2 hours. Anyway, I'm making an executive decision. Due to the problems in the challenge (length, difficulty, I revealed the "remembering the past" to lisu 5 minutes late) and due to the VERY closeness of two tribes, I am awarding 2 Immunities today. maybe it will be made up later I dunno I'll think about that later. All scores are adjusted to fit with 8 people (yupik size) Sinti: er, well, they are still going. but i got up at 3AM and i have work tomorrow and i am exhausted and if they don't finish by 10:20 (5 minutes) they lose and honestly... well... good luck for them lol. ovambo: did not finish, i stopped them after 3 hours yupik: 102 minutes (base) x 8 / 8 = 102 minutes anasazi: 100 minutes (base) x 5 / 8 = 62.5 minutes lisu: 86 minutes (base) x 3 /4 = 64.5 minutes therefore, lisu and anasazi win immunity.

3 go home in Year 5.

with the merge it changes to 2.
IC FIVE
1st Place: Lisu ~ 565 / 894 = 63.2% 2nd Place: Yupik ~ 656 / 1043 = 62.9% --- 3rd Place: Zaza ~ 621 / 1192 = 52.1% 4th Place: Ovambo ~ 475 / 1043 = 45.5%
Lisu - a powerhouse?? WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT.
Also, because I like to do this... there were a few rulings where people did wierd things and I wasn't sure what to count / what not to count. Things like "posted sixth at 5:56, do I count the real posts at 5:56?" or "someone modified in the middle of a chain, does that mean the others don't count"? Lots of little wierd stuff.
So on my main score (above) I just calculated the points they'd get with the strict rules like it says. Then I gave them another score which is my "I'm nice and this is what you intended to do" score. That'll be higher. Here are the ranges from low (normal score) to high (intent score)
Lisu: 63.2% - 65.6% Yupik: 62.9% - 63.1% Zaza: 52.1% - 52.68% Ovambo: 45.5% - 49.56%
As you can see, none of them overlap, meaning these places are set in stone.
Reasons why:
At peak, Lisu was using 6 out of 6 of its players! Incredible. Even when they "fell" back they were using 4 out of 6. Still high.
Ovambo messed up quite a bit, and didn't have Valerie to help.
Yupik messed up at the beginning, but went with pure efficiancy the last half, almost always right.
Zaza did the same, consistently posting 5/6 people. But with 8 people... that's not enough. They needed to hit 6 consistantly to match with 4/6 out of Lisu. They didn't hit 6 consistantly (which Lisu did). They also messed up a few.

2 or 3, 2 or 3... hmmm 3 is a lot nowadays. even 2 takes us from 20 to 10 people in just five years! i think i'll have to save my 3 people going home for later. but i can't wait too long or someone might merge and then there will only be 3 tribes -_-.
So let's stick with TWO players going home in Year 6, dropping us from 26 to 24.

lets see how did it go in y7...
Lisu VS. Yupik - Yupik wins. I think it was some timed thing but I forget what it was. Ovambo VS. Zaza - Zaza wins.
2 gone in y8.
In y8 it was
Yupik VS. Lisu - Lisu wins 6-4 Zaza VS. Ovambo - Zaza wins 7-5.
if they merge into two tribes (ugh) it'll be 1 person gone next round. but i will send both to tribal council a few times.

they merged into 2 tribes.
obv. it was 1 gone the first time.
for y10 i was thinking of doing double tc... I spent a lot of time mapping out the rest of the game in terms of dates and stuff. trying to get it done by april. In the end i decided for 1 tc in y10 just because they had just formed new tribes and i'm trying to get tribal loyalty going on.
In y11 both tribes will go to TC. 1 Individual Immunity each. That brings us to 16.
y12 will have 1 gone.

y14
I've really been thinking about this for a long time. First the plan was 2 gone. Then I wasn't kinda sure b/c 13 is a nice number and my optimal merge and it'd suck to skip it. But then before this Year started I decided I needed 2 gone cuz with this outcast thing otherwise it would never end lol. Plus it's as good a time as any.
y14 - 2 y15 - 1 y16 - 1 y17 - 2 (most likely)
