You are free to talk to this person on AIM (your tribemates are not at this point) and tell this person as little or as much as you would like about your tribe, your camp, how the game has gone so far, what you have explored, etc. You are not allowed to copy the image of your explored map and/or physically show them all or part of your maps.


You are not required at this point to inform your tribemates that you have located another Survivor. Perhaps you think it is best to keep the existance of another tribe to yourself for the time being. However, other players may be interacting with other members of that same tribe, and may reveal the new tribe at any time.


A new forum which only you and the other person can see has been set up for you to meet, talk, and discuss things if you can not find each other on AIM. (Perhaps you would want to set up a time in the forum to meet and talk on AIM.)


Once you are ready to inform your own tribe of your discovery, and allow them to talk to the new person, post a new thread publically in your tribal campsite announcing what you have discovered Include this person's name and AIM name and information, and tell them they are free to talk to each other on AIM.


Once both of the players who have met have announced their discovery to their own tribes, the two tribes have officially met and are all free to talk to one another. A whole new set of options will then be opened.

What would you prefer to do? What have you told the other person about your tribe? What have you kept secret?


Remember - in order to establish contact between the two tribes they have to know about each other.


To do that, you post something in your tribal forum and announce your discovery of Ethan. You post his info and then all members of your tribe can talk to just Ethan.


If Ethan posts your information in his tribal camp forum, then they can talk to just you. Once both players have announced it, then everybody can talk. A new forum will be opened for inter-tribal discussions (but your old forum still mainly used). Also then you have options to stay the same, go to war, trade maps, or merge.

Hey Sam! Sorry I haven't written anything lately. I basically have been on my death bed for the passed two days. Real bad flu yesterday and woke up not able to breathe last night. Went to the doctor today and I have tonsilitis and strep throat to add into it all.

I haven't told anyone on the tribe about Ethan yet. I'm not quite sure whether or not I trust him. I would much rather him tell hims tribe first lol. Anyways, we've decided we're going to wait until the next challenge and see where we go from there. I imagine I'll say something within the next two days (if I can make it back to my computer blah)
