Yea it did haha.. If that merge never happened.. or we waited until we lost two TCs (to use our free pass and get rid of Jamie) the game would have turned out so different.. just imagine.

If I recall correctly, that was your plan, but your tribe was easily presauded otherwise.

the frantic mess around josh did spark the fuel to get that merge through. i think i did a lot of covert convincing, patrick didnt buy into it - but we'd been talking about merging for a while, and basically the mess josh caused created a whole lot of energy which got the vote through on our side.

anyway, as i was saying. the josh thing had everyone in a tizzy, and somehow i convinced everyone (save patrick) that this was a good idea.
despite the fact we had a free TC and jamie to get rid of.... *see emoticon above*
oh well, with the info i had, and the stories i believed - it WAS a good move for me. to be with tyty.

I was bummed when you left Laurel! : (
I tried to work people and get Matt voted out then since I didn't think he contributed, but not enough people would go for it.

Matt- just about anything can be a turn on if you're drunk enough.
I was bummed when I left, too, Lexie =( But yeah, I wish I would have tried to work you like, before 15 minutes before my fatal TC was due. Oops ><

I was bummed when you left Laurel! : ( I tried to work people and get Matt voted out then since I didn't think he contributed, but not enough people would go for it. okay i'm tired of people saying that I didn't contribute enough. Lexie, I was there at every single challenge and I always gave my all. I think I was fairly consistent too and always contributed SOMETHING.. anything to each challenge. The tribal council that Laurel went, Laurel managed to get 2 gemstones, Lynne got one, and who else got the last one? ME that's who. I didn't see YOU staying up all night trying to fight for the gemstones like the 3 of us did. In addition, there was that one challenge where it was puzzles where I believe YOU didn't contribute at all except for 'unfrutchbar' and who gave that to you? ME! I told you to post it so you'd look like you were contributing some instead of being a dumb blonde like you were acting. Based on your game play (pretending to be a dumb blonde) it's STUPID to be pushing for someone else to go based on challenge performance, because hello? that doesn't speak for yourself. I also believe I made up for the trivia challenge by pointing out that "Tom" was the only name that could have possibly been used to make a word. I think I was the closest to figuring out hte password besides Mike who actually did it. It's little things like that where I contributed that peopel were likely to forget cuz they weren't BIG things or gamewinners. Yes, I fucked up a few times on the posting (that'd probably be my weakest point besides the trivia thing) but so did you and everyone else. Everyone messed up on that one so I don't see how that stood out. The only times that Yupik did lose, it was NOT my fault at all. If you want, I can go back and look at the challenges and point out my actions for each challenge to prove you all wrong because clearly you guys have a short memory. Just because I was not the best at everything doesn't mean I sucked at challenges or didn't contribute, as long as I was consistent doing it.

In fact, Kevin W., Mike, and Ryan were the best challenge whores we had on Yupik and later Bajau...
but that didn't mean shit because only Kevin W. was there every single time. Having challenge whores doesn't make much of a difference if they're not going to SHOW up.

Oh, and last I checked, one gem wasn't enough to win the challenge, so you didn't do enough. It doesn't matter if you were there, if you couldn't win it. It's a TEAM EFFORT, not an individual, so don't get all high and mighty about yourself if you win an IC, and all defensive when you lose one. It only makes you look like a poor sport and a sore loser.

i think what he said was justified. i dont know what happened on yupik - but if he was there for all the challenges.........and others werent....
its def. a team effort, so b/c he didnt get 2 gems doesnt say anything, anyone else from that tribe couldve gotten one more gem...

What are you talking about Matt? Just because I tried to act a little ditzy to stay UTR certainly doesn't mean I was a slouch at the challenges.
Fine, bring up the stupid gemstone challenge, but I'm not going to apologize for the fact that I'm not the kind of person who is going to stay up for 24 hours to win a challenge in an online Survivor game...that didn't even matter for me to stay! The gemstone challenge was at a horrible time over the weekend and it simply wasn't possible for me to win any. I still tried though, which according to you matters a lot. I can't think of a single challenge off the top of my head that I missed, but again, like you said, didn't everyone? God knows how many times I barely escaped a parking ticket racing home to do these challenges.
Sorry if you think that was a personal attack on you, but its not like I'm the only person at that point in the game who was saying that. As far as I remember, everyone on Yupik (except maybe Will) felt that way. Maybe people all thought I sucked at challenges and never said anything to me, but I really don't think I was bad at any of them.

I'm saying that everyone messed up a little at different challenges. I have weaknesses just like everyone else, and I felt it was unfair that people were singling me out for "not contributing" when i was actually there at every challenge and tried my best. Also, it wasn't just YOU that was saying it.. everyone seemed to think that way except for Will so when I kept hearing it over and over, I felt that I needed to say something. and Matto.. how is it acting high and mighty when I never said I was the best or better than anyone at any challenge in particular? My point is that I was consistent. I was just upset because people kept bringing it up. For the record, I did think that you (lexie) should have stayed and tried to talk people in voting for Aaron, Eric, or Ryan. I thought Yupik should have stuck together.

Ah well yeah.
Funny story... while doing that IC, like right after it started my brother said the word "phantom" to me for some reason (I forget). I immediately saw Tom and thought to use it, but decided against it. In hindsight I was pretty mad, especially since my tribe gave up on that one.
